The service is intended for people who cannot easily visit us in person. That might be because of poor mobility, illness, or because you are recovering at home and unable to get out. If you are not sure whether delivery is right for you, please ask us and we will talk it through.

Once your prescription is ready, we prepare it as usual and arrange for it to be brought to your home. When you get in touch, we will explain the delivery options we can offer and what each one involves, so you know what to expect before you decide.

Home delivery is a paid service. The cost depends on the delivery option you choose, so please speak to us first. A member of the team will go through the choices with you and confirm the charge, with no obligation to go ahead.
